Doing Good: By Cultivating Critical Relationships
Doing good is a simple statement but this is a promise I made to myself about how I would live my life. So this simple statement naturally became our organizations core value and mission. We strive to do good in everything that we do. This simple value is reflected in how we treat our caregivers, and the companies we service. So what does this mean in practical terms and how are we applying this to our company in the form of business practices?
Well we are currently hyper-focused on relationship building and developing critical channels of communication between our network’s stakeholders; the caregivers, and healthcare facilities we serve. We believe that these critical communication channels will help us improve relationships among our the stakeholders in our network and allow us to hear about the pain points each of our stakeholders are facing. The pain point data we gather in cultivating meaningful relationships with our stakeholders is critical to our company as it will allow us to better adapt our service model as needed in order to alleviate the identified pain points of our stakeholders. Developing these communication channels is the first steps of our company moving towards an agile organizational design in order to respond to the ever changing needs of our network stakeholders, and market conditions that we operate in. This is how we plan to Do Good for the people and communities that we serve by always seeking to alleviate the pain points we identify though honest and open communication. I’m excited to hear more about your company and how we can best serve you. Thank you and Welcome.
