CarePRN works with highly skilled CNAs all over Southeastern Michigan to service facilities with a variety of needs. We believe in finding the perfect caregiver for every resident, and we want that perfect caregiver to be you!

CarePRN Caregivers Can Expect:

A Living Wage
Our CNAs make $20-22 per hour as independent contractors in all facilities. Pay is weekly via direct deposit every Friday.

Flexible Scheduling
Through our Generations Homecare app, you get to pick up shifts that work with your schedule.
We want you to build in work around your life, not the other way around.

A Supportive Administrative Team
Amazing care starts with dedicated caregivers who feel supported in pursuing their passion. That’s why we have our Care Coordination team available anytime you need them (check out the Our Team page to get to know us!)

Caregiver Advocacy

Working as a mobile caregiver can be very challenging and at CarePRN we recognize that. That is why whenever an issue arises during your shift we are here to help your resolve that issue you might be facing. We do this by hearing what you have to say and advocating on your behalf at what every facility the issue happened at. We then we inform the results of our advocacy and what the next steps from there. At CarePRN our goal is to make sure that you know your not just another caregiver to us by having your back when things get tough.
