I founded CarePRN after experiencing my grandfather’s health decline. It was then that I understood the difficulties individuals can experience while trying to build a career, maintain a lifestyle, and help take care of an ailing loved one. My goal with starting this company was to find a way to connect CNAs who have a true passion for care-giving to the facilities that step in and help when the strain becomes too much for families to handle on their own. My core value as a person and of this organization is simply Doing Good

Shallan is our Director of Operations and has been with the CarePRN family since 2020. She leads a team of administrators and care providers to deliver the highest quality of care to senior living communities and families within our network. Additionally, she oversees the financial and payroll functions of CarePRN.
Hailey is our Clinical Director and has been a part of the CarePRN family since 2021! She leads a team of care coordinators to deliver the best service to our senior living communities and families within our network. Additionally, she oversees recruitment and retention within our provider network and partners.
